- Go to the Tasks screen.
- Select the Medications tab.
- Nurse can change the medication route and the area where drug was administered.
- This action can be made by selecting the the options in the columns named Route and Body Site.

Nurse can change medication by pressing the Edit
button.
- By pressing the Edit button the following message will be displayed:
- Press Yes.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Write the reason for deactivating medication.
- Press Save.
- The Medications Settings screen will be displayed to select the new medication.

Press the
button to open the Search Medications screen.

- Press Save after selecting medications and filling all fields.
