Section where displays all the patient's appointment details. 


Access


Through Appointments

  • Click on the Appointments button, in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click over the time you wish to create the appointment.

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen and select the Appointments option. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click over the time you wish to create the appointment.

Through Patients

  • Click on the Patients Detail button, in the Main Menu screen.  
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Then, click over the time you wish to create the appointment.


Buttons

  • Delete: By pressing this button allows to delete the patient's appointment.
  • Save And Close: By pressing this button allows to save the patients appointment details information and then close window. 


Sections

  • Patient: Allows to write the patient's name. 
  • Office: Allows to select the office that will be assigned to the created appointment. 
  • Subject: Displays the patient's name. 
  • New Patient: Select this option, if is a new patient. 
  • Type: Allows to select the appointment type.
  • Speaks Spanish: If field is selected, the patient will receive the appointment confirmation text, in Spanish.
  • Start Time: Allows to select the date and time of patient's appointments. 
  • Location: Allows to select the room where patient will be assigned. 
  • Mobile: Allows to add the patients mobile number in order to send appointments text messages. 
  • Other: Allows to add a patient's alternate number. 
  • Arrived At: Allows to select this option when patients arrive at the office. 
  • Discharged At: Allows to select this option in order to indicate the time patients leaves the office. 
  • Appointment Confirmation: By pressing this button, user can select the following options:
    • Confirm: By selecting this option allows to confirm the patient's appointment.
    • Cancel Appointment: By selecting this option, allows to cancel the patient's appointment. 
  • Primary Plan: By pressing this button allows to display the patients primary plan. 
  • Secondary Plan: By pressing this button allows to display the patients secondary plan.
  • Zoom Insurance Plan: When pressed, it magnifies the image of the patient's medical plan.  
  • Scheduled Appointments: Displays the patient's future appointments, up to a maximum of 4 dates. You will also be able to delete the appointments, through this section.  
  • Appointments Notes: Allows to write a note related to the appointment.
  • Patients Notes: Displays the patients note created in the Patients screen. User can also edit or add a new note.
