Description 

This option is used to deactivate a patient's medical record. 

Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select the 'Patients' button in the Main Menu. 
  • Choose a patient and then click the 'More' button, which is located at the top of the screen.
  • Then, choose the 'Deactivate' option.

Through QuickLinks

  • To access the Patients section, click on the 'QuickLinks' text at the top of the Main Menu screen and choose the 'Patients' option.
  • On the Patients screen, select a patient and then click the 'More' button at the top of the screen.
  • Then, choose the 'Deactivate' option.

Through Appointments 

  • Select the 'Appointments" button found in the Main Menu. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select patient and then click on Patients Details button, located in the Side Panel section. 
  • In the Patients screen, click on the More button and select the Deactivate option.

Buttons

  • Save: Allows you to save the selected option, by which the patient's record will be deactivated. 
  • Cancel: Allows to close section. 
  • Default Value Field: Reason section, to deactivate the patient's record.
  • Edit: Allows you to add options to deactivate the record of not appearing in the list.

  • Add: Allows to add a new option. 
  • Save: Allows to save options. 
  • Cancel: Allows to close screen. 


  • Default Value: Select in this field, the reason that will be displayed, when deactivating a record.


  • Value: Reason to deactivate record. 
  • Code: Allows to register a code, in order to deactivate record. 
  • Enable: Allows to display the reason in list. 
  • Other: Selecting this option, will display the field, so that you can type some other reason, why you are disabling the record.
