Description
Displays office alerts that are applicable to the selected patient.
Configuration
Alerts displayed on this screen can be configured here: Settings / Office / Office Information and select Office Alert. Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the More button located at the top of the screen.

Access
Through Main Menu
- Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
- Then select the Alerts option and then select the General Alerts.
- Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen.
- Select either the Appointments or Patients option.
- On both screens, select the patient. Then click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Alerts option, and then select the General Alerts option.
Through Patients
- Select a patient on the Patients Details screen, click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Alerts option, and then select the General Alerts option.
