• Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Choose the patient 
  • After selecting the patient, click the Alerts button located at the top of the screen.
  • Next, choose the New Patient Alert option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose how the alert will be displayed:


  • Choose the provider or group for which you wish to create the alert.


  • Choose whether the alert is for administrative or clinical purposes.
     
  • Write the alert.


  • After creating the alert, click the Save button.
  • Note: The alert created will be displayed upon reopening the Appointments screen. If the user does not wish for the alert to be shown, they should click the OK button. To have the alert displayed, press Cancel.


  • Click the Ok button if you no longer wish to see the alert.
  • Click the Repeat button if you want the alert to be displayed again.
  • Click the Send to Reminders button to assign the alert to the Reminders section.
  • Click the Print button to print the alert.
