• Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Choose the patient. 
  • Click on the Alerts button located at the top of the screen and select the Patient Alert History option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Users will have two options to view the alert: double-click on the alert. 


  • Or click on the note.


  • You can enable or disable patient's alerts.
  • To view the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, please navigate to the patient demographic screen.
  • Click on the "More" button at the top of the screen, then select the "Alert Manager" option.


  • The following message will be displayed: 


  • Clicking the Yes button will deploy and manage alerts for the selected patient, while pressing the No button will display alerts for all patients.
  • This will show the screen containing all the administrative and clinical alerts for the selected patient.
