Introduction

In order to assist our users, we created the EHRez Help Portal. This electronic guide contains a variety of articles on how to use EHRez® . As changes are made to our solution, you as a user can benefit from detailed information on operating all of the new or existing features in the application.


Guide Sections


The portal contains the following sections:


  • Inicio: Displays the main portal screen. 
  • Artículos: Displays all articles in the portal. 
  • Nuevo en V5: Displays the article of the latest or most recent system update.
  • Known Issues: Displays the article of the situations or events that occurred in the last or most recent update of the system.  
  • Conexión Remota: Shows the article on how to make a remote connection with our company's personnel. 
  • Envió de Sugerencias: In this area, the user can send suggestions for improvements to the program.
  • Buscar Artículos y Soluciones: In this area, the user can search for specific topics.
  • Artículos y Soluciones: When pressed, it displays the screen with all the items in the portal. 
  • Artículos Recomendados: In this area, the user will be able to see the recommended articles, at the moment. These items may vary.
  • Artículos Recientemente Actualizados: In this area, the user will be able to see the latest articles, which have been edited or added.
