New Splash

This very modern semi transparent splash will adjust to users' workstations background.


New Login

This new screen contains the following:

  • New Settings options for System administrator to configure different databases. 
  • Access to the electronic Users Guide.
  • Access to our new Help Portal for support.

Two New Main Menus

The application includes two different formats for the Main Menu which users can select from. 

Enhanced Main Menu

This one provides quick access to many areas of the application. Single click access to eligibility checking, new claim creation, payment postings, e-Lab results, secured messaging, template store and workflow.

Simple Main Menu

Simple design to access the principal modules of the application. It essentially includes the same functionality of the Enhanced version, but with a basic layout and design.

Patient Details

New color palette, icons and text size, makes it easier to use and much more appealing.

Appointments

Now there's MORE room for appointments management.  The information bar will be displayed once an appointment is selected.

Like in previous screens, new icon set and colors are the main changes that you'll see on this screen.

Settings

This entire module went through a complete overhaul. It is much more simpler than the previous version and the new search bar provides users with instant access to any settings area screen.

 General Changes

  • Icons: A new Icon set and full description of its functionality.

           


  • Larger type: Several areas throughout the application have increased type size. It makes it easier to read the information.

         


  • "Ok" vs "Save": Often remarked by users, previous screens with the OK or Save buttons at the bottom of the screen have all been replaced with a disk icon at the top of the screen.

           

  • Notifications: All notifications are now displayed with a new message box.
