Description
This screen displays and details the clinical alerts. It also provides references and links for accessing more information about each clinical alert.
Access
Through the Side Bar section: To access Custom Alerts in the Progress Note screen, click the Custom Alerts button on the Side Bar. If the Custom Alerts button is missing, click the Settings button on the Progress Note toolbar, then choose Side Bar Settings. From the right side of the screen, drag and drop the Custom Alerts option into the items window located at the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. To apply the changes, click the Save button. The Side Bar will update, and the Custom Alerts button will be displayed under the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Custom Alerts option.

Sections
- Active Alerts: Section displaying active patient alerts.
- Inactivate Alerts: Section displaying inactive patient alerts.
- Show All: Section displaying all patient alerts.
- Expand / Collapse Groups: Enables the expansion or closure of clinical alert groups
- Refresh: Enables the updating of the clinical alerts list.
