Document physical therapy sessions.

Access

Click on the Physical Therapy button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen.  

Can't find the Physical Therapy button?: Click on Settingsbutton on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen. Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Physical Therapy item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press saveto store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

• Buttons
  • Categories: Press to configure selections that are grouped into the same procedure code. (Ex. Hot packs and Cold Packs under procedure code 97010). 
  • Add Sessions: Document the results of a physical therapy session.
  • Quick Add: Select multiple treatments for PT treatment or save selections as templates for future use. 
  • Add: Add a single treatment to the PT plan.
  • Edit: Edit the selected treatment. 
  • Cancel
  • Save
  • Previous: Returns to the previous screen.

  
  

  
  

• Diagram: Identify the area to be treated.
• Details Grid: Displays the details of the selected physical therapy modalities. Screen displays the code description, number of sessions ordered, time and duration.
