• In the Advanced Progress Note screen press the Settings icon to display the available options of Patient Alerts. 
  • Select from list New Alert. 

                                                                                                                                                                   


  • The follwing screen will be displayed:

  • Provider must search his/hers name in upper screen list if only the alert is for the created user. Do not select any provider if the list is to be seen by all the users with access to clinical area.


  • Write in the blue area the alert you want to be displayed next time you open the patients progress note.

  • Press the Save, button to save the alert.


    • Note: This alert will be displayed in the patients next visit when user opens a new progress note. Press OK if you do not want the alert to be displayed. If you want the alert to be displayed press Cancel.
