How to deactivate a allergy?

• Go to the Allergies screen. 
• Select allergy you want to deactivate in the Allergies screen.
• Press the Deactivate button.

• The Inactivation Reason screen will be displayed:

         

• Write the reason to deactivate the allergy.
• Press the Save button to store changes.
