How to document the chief complaint information in the Clinicla Evaluation screen?

Go to Advanced Progress Note.
Press the Chief Complaint button.
The following screen will be opened:

User has three options to save the information in this screen

Selecting options.
Pressing the Load Last button.
Pressing the Select Template button.

We selected different items for example purposes.

Select the options in the HPI tab.

Press Save.
The saved information will be displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Clinical Evaluation section.
