• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Clinical Support button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Clinical Support option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the language (For this example, Spanish was selected).


  • Press the search button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search and select the code.
  • You can double click on the selected code. Or, you can select the code and once selected, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.

  • Automatically, the article will be displayed.
