There are several options for creating a clinical report.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Clinical Report button, located in the Side Bar section.
Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Clinical Report option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Type the title of the report.
- Uncheck the sections that you do not want to add to the clinical report created.
- Modify the dates, if they are not the ones displayed by Default.
- Or, select the No Date Filter checkbox, remove the Default dates and be able to select the dates corresponding to the report.
- Select the status of the sections. The user can select between: Active, Inactive and All.
- Once you have selected all the options, press the Save button.
Option #2
- Go to the Clinical Records screen.
- Select the patient for whom you want to create a clinical report, from any section of the screen.
- Once selected, press the Clinical Report button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Type the title of the report.
- Uncheck the sections that you do not want to add to the clinical report created.
- Modify the dates, if they are not the ones displayed by Default.
- Or, select the No Date Filter checkbox, remove the Default dates and be able to select the dates corresponding to the report.
- Select the status of the sections. The user can select between: Active, Inactive and All.
- Once you have selected all the options, press the Save button.
