- Select the Family History button in the Advanced Progress Note screen in Side Bar.
- The Family History screen will be displayed.
- Press the Edit button located next where says Mother to add the mother's record.
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Write in the following fields: Name, last name and the mothers date of birth.
- Select in the search area the diagnostic that mother suffers or has suffered.
To save the information press the OK button.
The information will be displayed when returning to screen.
- To close screen press the
button.
