• Go to the Patient Results section in the Orders screen. 
  • Select the result you want to deactivate.
  • Press right-click.
  • And select the Inactivate option. 


  • The following message will be displayed:

         


  • Press theYes to complete deactivation.
  • Press No to cancel deactivation.
