How to document the past history information in "Clinical Evaluation" screen?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note.
Press the Past History button.
The following screen will be opened :

Select the options.

If you want options to be copied in the Clinical Evaluation area select the Include past history in progress note option.

Press the Save button.
The saved information will be displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Clinical Evaluation section.
