BEFORE
In order to use the Apply Normal button you must have make a previously configure in Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates.

AFTER
- Go to Advanced Progress Note.
- Press the Physical Exam button.
- The following screen will be opened:
- User has two options to to save information in tab.
- Selecting options.
- Pressing the Apply Normal button.
Option # 1: Selecting options.
- Select options in screen.
- Press Save.
- The stored information will be displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Clinical Evaluation section.
Option # 2: Pressing the Apply Normal button.

Press the Apply Normal button.\
- Select the All Items option.
- The configured options will be automatically selected.
- Press Save.

The stored information will be displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Clinical Evaluation section.
