• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the ROS button. 
  • The following screen will be opened:
  • User has two options to save information in this tab.


  1. Selecting options.
  2. Selecting the All Systems are negative option. 


Option # 1: Select options.

  • Select the options.


  • Press Save. 
  • The information saved will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.



Option # 2: Selecting the All Systems are negative option.

  • Check the All Systems area negative option.


  • Then press Save.
  • The information saved will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
