• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Rule Outs button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Rule Outs option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Edit button, located on the left side of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, a row will be displayed with the option called New Option.


  • Change the New Option text to the desired text (For this example, it is changed to hyperthyroidism).


  • If you wish to display a diagnosis that you want to be displayed by Default, select in the Default Value field, located at the top of the screen.


  • Once selected, press the Save button.
