How to register a smoker patient?

Select the Smoking Status located in the Side Bar of the Advanced Progress Note screen.
The Smoking Status History screen will be displayed.
Fill all the required fields.

Select the Cessation Consultation option if patient was oriented or informed of the importance of quitting smoke.
Press the Save button to store changes.
