• Go to the Settings / General / Staff & Providers screen. 
  • Once in the Staff & Providers screen select the provider to configure the Progress Note report. 
  • Press the P.N.Settings button
  • The following screen will be displayed.


  • This screen contains all the sections that can be displayed in the Progress Note report.
  • Select with a Check Mark all the sections you wish to include in the Progress Note report. The available options are:
    • Chief Complaint
    • Present Illness
    • Past History
    • Review of Systems
    • Physical Exam
    • Vital Signs
    • Assessment
    • Plan
    • Procedures
    • Patient Comments
    • Nurse Notes
    • Annotated Images
    • Addendum Notes
    • Anticipatory Guidance
    • Treatment
    • Clinical Tasks
    • OB Visit
    • Developmental Milestones
    • Triage
      • Note: The options that were created in the Evaluation Types screen will also be displayed.


  • User can change the description of the section in the column called Description.




  • Press Save.
  • The following report will be displayed when user prints again the Progress Note report.



  
  • Return to the Settings screen to change the order of the displayed sections.
  • Drag upwards or down the section to be moved.
    • Note: The Present Illness will be moved toward the upper part for example purposes.




  • Press Save.


  • The report will be displayed at this form when returning to print the Progress Note:



  • Note:The Present Illness (P,I) section now is shown in the upper part of the report.
