- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
- Then select the Progress Templates Settings option in the Progress Note Custom Configuration section.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- This screen contains all the sections that can be displayed in the progress note report.
- Press the New button at the top of the screen to configure progress note templates.

- The Templates section will be enabled.

- Select the supplier or group, to which you will assign the Template. If you will not assign the Template to any provider or group, you can leave the field blank.

- You will be able to select if the Template created will be the one that will be displayed by default, once the user displays a clinical evaluation, by selecting the Is Default checkbox.

- Select whether the template will be configured by gender and age.

- Identify whether the configured template will be identified as confidential by selecting the Is Confidential option. Note: In order for the provider or clinical staff to have access to the progress note identified as confidential, the Has confidential notes access option must be selected in the Staff & Providers screen.

- Drag all available sections from the Available Items column to the Templates Items column.

- Drag the sections of the progress note in the order of your choice.

- Once you have added all available items to the Template, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen.

- When you reprint the progress note report, it will be displayed as follows:
