How to assign a progress note to an auditor?

- Go to Settings / General / Progress Note Audit.
- Press the Add button.
- The Search Patient screen will be displayed.
- Make a patient search.
- Select patient.
- All the patients progress notes will be displayed in screen. Select the ones you wish to audit.
- Press the Add Selected button.
- The selected progress notes will be displayed in the in the Progress Notes Audit log Setup chart.
