There are several options for deleting a progress note assigned for auditing.  

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the General button and select the Progress Note Audit option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the progress note, which you want to delete from the list. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:  


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected progress note. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • It will be automatically removed from the list. 

Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the General button and select the Progress Note Audit option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the progress note, which you want to delete from the list. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:  


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected progress note. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • It will be automatically removed from the list.
