There are several options for configuring office alerts.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Select the office, to which you want to configure the alert.
- Once selected, press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.

- Write the description of the office alert.

- Select the alert type.

- Then, press the Save button to save the office alert.

- The user will be able to select, among the 5 office alerts.
- Last Visit: Alerts for appointments, on a specific period of days.
- Patient Balance: Alert for debts or patient balance for a specific amount and days.

- Patient Insurance: Alert for patients of specific medical plans.

- Patient Coverage: Alert for patients with specific medical plan coverage.

- Patient Type: Alert, for specific types of patients.

Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Select the office, to which you want to configure the alert.
- Once selected, press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.

- Select the alert type.

- Then, press the Save button to save the office alert.
