There are two ways to add codes to this screen.


Through "Template Store"  **Recommended**

The function to download Templates to the system classified by specialties was added in version 4.5. The frequent codes are among the Templates  that can be downloaded.


Through settings.

  • Go to Settings screen 
  • Select the Clinical button and then press the Frequent Code button.  
  • The following screen will be displayed:
    • Note: If its a new provider screen will be displayed empty.


  • Press a right click on mouse and select the option named Add Groups.


  • The following is added on screen:


  • Write description in blue section and press Enter. (For example purposes E101 Type 1 diabetes mellitus with.)


  • Search for codes you wish to add in created group.

  • User has two options to add diagnosis to group.
    • 1st Option: Pressing right click on mouse over diagnosis
      • Select the Add To option by making a right click on mouse over diagnosis and then select the group yo want to add the diagnosis. (It will only be displayed one group for example purposes).

  • Diagnosis will be copied to group.


  • 2nd Option: Dragging diagnosis to group.
    • Select the diagnosis you want to move, by pressing the right button on mouse (E101 in this example)
    • Once diagnosis is located in group loose button in mouse.


  • Continue adding diagnosis depending on the preferences.


This configuration will be displayed in the "Multiple Code Selection" screen. 


  • Note: This screen is used in many areas of the program,the information will be displayed according to the area were its opened. If its open from the Problem List screen only the ICD10 codes will be displayed. If it is opened from the procedures area only the procedures code will be displayed.
