How to delete a vaccine?

Go to the Settings screen.
Select the Clinical button and then press the Immunizations button.
Select the vaccine to be edited in the Vaccines section.
Press the Delete button.
The following message will be displayed:

Press Yes to delete or deactivate vaccine.
Pres No to NOT delete or deactivate vaccine.
