There are three ways to add patients in the Workflow area.
Option# 1: Autoregistration
- To use this option the Clinic has to have a PC with the program.

- Patients that auto registers will automatically appear in the Workflow screen in the Add Arrival section.
Option # 2: From Appointment
- When patients are checked as arrived in the appointments screen they pass automatically to the Workflow area.
Option # 3:From the Workflow screen
- Open the Workflow screen.
- Press the Arrivals section. (The name of tabs are configurable. Settings / Office / Workflow Label Settings)

Press the Add Arrival button.
- Note: If the following message is displayed There are no reasons for visits configured we recommend to read the following article.

Displays the following screen.
- Make a search in the Search Patient area and select patient.
- Note: In cases where patient in new press thecheck mark of Create new Record fill all fields an then press the Ok button.
- The fields of Name, Gender, DOB, Phone.No. will automatically be filled.
- Select the reason for visit and press the Save button.
- Patient will appear in the chart of the Arrivals section.
