Automatic Measure

You will comply with this measure automatically. 

Denominator

Patients attended during the evaluation period with at least one closed progress note. 

Numerator

Patients in denominator with the following fields registered: date of birth, ethnicity, race, gender and preferred language. 

What to do in EHRez?

Add to new patients the date of birth, ethnicity, race, gender, and preferred language in using the Patient Details screen. Measure will always be 100% since this fields are required fields. Note: Email is not required to register a patient but we recommend to use one since it is used for other measures.
