How to print, send or export a patient summary?

Press the Patient Summary button in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
The following screen will be displayed:

If patient does not want to receive the clinical information, press the Patient Declined Summary located in the left side of screen.
Select all the sections you wish to include in the patients health summary in the following area:

If you do not want to include all options in clinical summary report, un-check the Select All option and add all the options you wish to include and then press thebutton to update report.
After selecting all options to be included, user can print summary, sent to patient or export patients summary report.
