How to create a custom clinical template?

• Go to the Settings screen. 
• Select the Clinical button and then press the Evaluation Types button. 
• Press the Edit Types button. 
• The following screen will be displayed:  

           

• The Evaluation Types settings already comes with the Cognitve Status and Funtional Status. If you wish to add another custom clinical evaluation option make a right click on mouse to add an evaluation, edit or delete a selected evaluation. If more option are to be added in the category select the evaluation type and press the Advanced Comment button. 
• The Advanced Comments Settings screen will be displayed to add the comment to the selected category. 

         

• It will be displayed in the Custom Evaluation screen.
