• Press the Settings button on the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Select  the List Sections Settings option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 

           


  • Select the article you wish to delete from the Sections panel on the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Press with a right click on mouse over the section you wish to delete. 
  • For example purposes we will delete the OBSummary article:
  • Press Delete. 

           


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

           


  • Press Yes and then the Save button to remove item from the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Press the No to cancel action.
