• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Press the Settings button. 
  • Select the Custom Print Settings option from list.
  • Press the New button in the screen to be displayed.


  • The Templates and Providers fields will be enabled.
  • Write the Template name of the progress note .
  • Select  the provider you wish to add the Template. 

  • In order for all providers to have access to the created Template leave the Provider field in blank. 
  • Select from the right column all the items you wish to add to the custom Template.
  • Press with a left click on mouse and drag all items you wish to be displayed in the custom progress note toward the Template Items column.


  • For example purposes we added the following items: Chief Complaint, Past History, Plan, Assessment and Vital Signs.


  • Press Save. 
  • Once custom progress note is created and clinical evaluation is completed press theicon located in the Clinical Evaluation section on the Advanced progress Note screen.  
  • The following screen will be displayed: 

       



  • Select the Template.
  • It will automatically be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation panel of the Advanced Progress Note screen.
