- Go to Main Menu.
- Click on the "Message Center" button.
- Alternatively, you can click the "Messages" button found in the upper right corner of the classic main menu screen.
- The screen to be displayed will be as follows:
Messages to Office Staff
- Click on the "Compose" button to create a new message.
- To contact the office staff, select the "Office Staff" option when it appears on the screen.
- To send a message, double-click on the name of the office staff member.
- Draft your message to the specified office staff member, and once finished, click the "Send" button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
Message to Patients
Click on the "Compose" button to start a new message.
Select the "Patients" option.
- Double-click on the patient's name to send them a message.
- Write message.
- To attach the patient's Clinical Care Document (CCD), please click the "Attach Patient's CCD" button located in the center-right of the screen.
- The screen that will be shown is as follows:
- To send a message to a patient, search for their name and click the "Select" button at the top of the screen, or you can double-click on the patient's name.
The clinical summary for the selected patient will be displayed automatically.
Click the "Send" button to send your message.
To start composing a new message, click on the "Compose" button.
- To send a message to a provider, select the "Referring Providers" option.
- Should the provider you wish to message be absent from the list, click the "Edit" button situated on the screen's right side.
- The screen that follows will be displayed:
- Once selected, you will be able to send a message.
- Press over the "Quicklinks" text, located at the top of screen and select the "Messages" option.
- The screen to be displayed will be as follows:
Messages to Office Staff
- Click on the "Compose" button to create a new message.
- To contact the office staff, select the "Office Staff" option when it appears on the screen.
- To send a message, double-click on the name of the office staff member.
- Draft your message to the specified office staff member, and once finished, click the "Send" button situated in the top right corner of the screen.

Select the "Patients" option.
- Double-click on the patient's name to send them a message.
- Write message.
