Opción #1

  • Go to the main menu.
  • Click on the "Message Center" button.


  • In the classic menu, select the "Messages" button situated at the top right corner of the screen.


  • The screen that will appear is as follows:


  • Choose the message containing the patient's CCDA. Then, click the "CCDA" button located at the bottom of the screen.


  • The "Clinical Summary Reconciliation" screen will be displayed automatically.


  • To reconcile the clinical summary for a patient, press the "Search" button located at the top right corner of the screen.


  • The screen that will appear is as follows:


  • Choose the patient. After selection, click the "Import" button at the top of the screen.


  • The "Summary Reconciliation" screen will be displayed automatically.


  • If the referral is from a provider, check the "Is from Referral" box and then choose the referring provider in the adjacent field.


  • Choose the allergies, medications, and diagnoses that you wish to reconcile. (Providers will only be able to select options that are not already identified as existing in the patient's record.)
  • After selection, click the "Reconcile" button located at the top of the screen.


  • The confirmation screen will appear. To proceed with the reconciliation, please press the "Confirm" button located at the top of the screen.


  • The message indicating that the information has been successfully reconciled will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.

  • Click on the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen and selecting the "Messages" option.


  • The screen that will appear is as follows:


  • Choose the message containing the patient's CCDA. Then, click the "CCDA" button located at the bottom of the screen.


  • The "Clinical Summary Reconciliation" screen will be displayed automatically.


  • To reconcile the clinical summary for a patient, press the "Search" button located at the top right corner of the screen.


  • The screen that will appear is as follows:


  • Choose the patient. After selection, click the "Import" button at the top of the screen.


  • The "Summary Reconciliation" screen will be displayed automatically.
