Opción #1
- Go to the main menu.
- Click on the Message Center button.
- In the classic menu, select the Messages button situated at the top right corner of the screen.
- The screen that will appear is as follows:
- Choose the message containing the patient's CCDA. Then, click the CCDA button located at the bottom of the screen.
- The Clinical Summary Reconciliation screen will be displayed automatically.
- To reconcile the clinical summary for a patient, press the Search button located at the top right corner of the screen.
- The screen that will appear is as follows:
- Choose the patient. After selection, click the Import button at the top of the screen.
- The Summary Reconciliation screen will be displayed automatically.
- If the referral is from a provider, check the Is from Referral box and then choose the referring provider in the adjacent field.
- Choose the allergies, medications, and diagnoses that you wish to reconcile. (Providers will only be able to select options that are not already identified as existing in the patient's record.)
- After selection, click the Reconcile button located at the top of the screen.
- The confirmation screen will appear. To proceed with the reconciliation, please press the Confirm button located at the top of the screen.
- The message indicating that the information has been successfully reconciled will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.

- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen and selecting the Messages option.
- The screen that will appear is as follows:
- Choose the message containing the patient's CCDA. Then, click the CCDA button located at the bottom of the screen.
- The Clinical Summary Reconciliation screen will be displayed automatically.
- To reconcile the clinical summary for a patient, press the Search button located at the top right corner of the screen.
- The screen that will appear is as follows:
- Choose the patient. After selection, click the Import button at the top of the screen.
