There are several options for editing an insurer's payment.


Option #1

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Vouchers button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • On the Electronic Payment Vouchers screen, press the Reconcile button located at the top. 


  • The following screen will be displayed for editing: 


  • Edit the corresponding fields and then press the Save button.
  • Press the Previous button to return to the Reconcile Insurance Payment screen. 
  • Press the Refresh button to update the change. 


Option #2

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Vouchers button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • On the Electronic Payment Vouchers screen, press the Reconcile button located at the top. 


  • The following screen will be displayed for editing: 


  • Edit the corresponding fields and then press the Save button.
  • Press the Previous button to return to the Reconcile Insurance Payment screen. 
  • Press the Refresh button to update the change.
