There are several options to eliminate a payment from an insurance company.
Option #1
- Go to the Billing screen.
- Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the payment, which you want to delete.
- Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the end of the payment.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to remove the payment.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- The payment will be automatically removed from the list.
Option #2
- Go to the Billing screen.
- Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the payment, which you want to delete.
- Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the end of the payment.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to remove the payment.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- The payment will be automatically removed from the list.
Option #3
- Go to the Billing screen.
- Press the Vouchers button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- On the Electronic Payment Voucher screen, press the Reconcile button located at the top.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the payment, which you want to delete.
- Once selected, press the right mouse button.
- Select the Delete option.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to delete the electronic payment.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- The electronic payment will be automatically deleted.
Note: Unless this is not an electronic payment, the action cannot be carried out.
