There are several options to eliminate a payment from an insurance company.


Option #1

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the payment, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the end of the payment.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

          

  • Press the Yes button to remove the payment. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • The payment will be automatically removed from the list.

Option #2
  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the payment, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the end of the payment.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

          

  • Press the Yes button to remove the payment. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • The payment will be automatically removed from the list.


Option #3
  • Go to the Billing screen.
  • Press the Vouchers button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • On the Electronic Payment Voucher screen, press the Reconcile button located at the top. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the payment, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the right mouse button.
  • Select the Delete option.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

         

  • Press the Yes button to delete the electronic payment. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • The electronic payment will be automatically deleted.

Note: Unless this is not an electronic payment, the action cannot be carried out.
