There are several options to add patients in the Workflow screen


Option #1: Self Registration

  • To use this option, the clinic has to have a PC with the program.

  • Patients who auto-register will automatically appear on the Workflow screen in the Add Arrival section.


Option #2: From Appointments

  • When patients are checked in as arrived in the appointments screen, they are automatically passed to the Workflow screen.


Option #3: From the Workflow screen

  • Navigate the Workflow screen.
  • Click on the Arrivals tab. 
  • Then, click on the "Add Arrival" button.

  • The "Add Patient Arrival" screen will be displayed.
  • Search for the patient's name and select it from the "Search Patient" field. (If the patient is new, you must select the "New Patient" box.)
  • Automatically, the fields of Name, Gender, DOB, and Phone No. will be displayed if you are an existing patient. If you are a new patient, you will need to fill them out immediately. (If the patient is new, you must register them immediately.)
  • Choose the reason for the visit and click on the "Save" button.
  • Choose the office where the patient will be evaluated.
  • The following screen will be displayed to confirm the patient's date of birth.
    (This message will only display if you have the "Enforce DOB confirmation upon arrival" checkbox selected on the General Settings screen.)
  • The patient will appear in the arrivals section.
