Hot to show the users in the Clinical Evaluation section on the Advanced Progress Note screen?

- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Start the patients clinical evaluation. ("Chief Complaint, R.O.S., Physical Exam and Past History").
- Once the patients clinical evaluation is completed, press the Settings button.
- Then select the Show Log Text.
- Once this option is selected, it will be used for the next clinical evaluations.
- The Clinical Evaluation section will be deployed showing the users that have been documented in the patients clinical evaluation.
