- Go to the Advanced Progress Note.
- Press the Settings button.
- Select the Filter Custom Evaluation option.
- Then select from the Side Bar section the Custom Evaluation button to start custom clinical evaluation.
- The Evaluation screen will be displayed in order for user to filter according to his preferences.
- Press the Filter Options located at the top of the screen.
- Screen will be displayed automatically filtered.
