• Go to the Settings screen. 
  • Press the Office button and then press the Appointment button. 
  • To add vacations or holidays press the Add Hol. button.
    • Note: To edit vacations or holidays press the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 

             

  • Select the office.

       

  • If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers select the check mark area.


         

 

  • Select a specific provider if configuration is for selected provider.
  • Select the configuration type.

         

 

  • Write the description.
  • Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays.
