- Go to the Settings screen.
- Press the Office button and then press the Appointment button.
- To add vacations or holidays press the Add Hol. button.
- Note: To edit vacations or holidays press the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office.
- If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers select the check mark area.
- Select a specific provider if configuration is for selected provider.
- Select the configuration type.
- Write the description.
- Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays.
