• Go to the Settings screen and press the Office button. 
    • Note: Also access by Appointments Settings.
  • Select the Appointments button. 
  • In the Appointments Settings screen press the Appt. Types button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:

           

  • To add a new appointment type press the Add button or the Edit button to edit an existing appointment.
  • Write an appointment description in the Type field. 

          

  • Select a color to identify the appointment type.

       


  • Select office to attache the created appointment type.
  • To save the created appointment type press the Save button. 
  • To cancel configuration press the Cancel button.
