- Go to the Settings screen and press the Office button.
- Note: Also access by Appointments Settings.
- Select the Appointments button.
- In the Appointments Settings screen press the Appt. Types button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- To add a new appointment type press the Add button or the Edit button to edit an existing appointment.
- Write an appointment description in the Type field.
- Select a color to identify the appointment type.
- Select office to attache the created appointment type.
- To save the created appointment type press the Save button.
- To cancel configuration press the Cancel button.
