Description

Screen provides information related to providers, in cases where patients have other health specialty care providers. (i.e. Cardiologists, Endocrinology, etc.) 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select the 'Patients' button in the Main Menu. 
  • Select a patient and then click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Next, choose the "Related Providers" option.

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen in Main Menu and select the Patients option.
  • Once in the Patients screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen 
  • Next, choose the "Related Providers" option.

Through Appointments 

  • Click on the Appointments button, located in Main Menu. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select patient and then click on Patients Details button, located in the Side Panel section. 
  • In the Patients screen, click on the More button and select the Related Providers option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Edit: Allows to edit the selected related provider.
  • Add: Allows to register a related provider. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel any action performed. 
  • Save: Allows to save any action performed. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen.


  • Relationship: Select from the list, the type of relationship with the patient. Among the following options:
    • Attending Provider
    • Consultant Provider
    • Encounter Provide
    • Primary Care Provider
    • Resident Provider
  • Referring Provider: Select from the list the provider related to the patient's care. This section is configured in “Settings / Office / Referring Providers”.


  • Delete:: When pressing this button, it will automatically be deleted.
