Description

Screen provides an alternative, to record more patient addresses. For example, the address of the patient's father and mother, when the patient is a pediatric patient.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select the 'Patients' button located in the Main Menu.
  • Select a patient, then click on the 'More' button at the top of the screen and choose the 'Addresses' option.

Through QuickLinks 

  • In the main menu, select the "QuickLinks" option, which is situated at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the patient, then click the "More" button at the top of the screen and choose the "Addresses" option.
  • Next, choose the 'Addresses' option.

Through Appointments

  • From the main menu, select the "Appointments" option.
  • Next, click on the "Patient Details" button found in the "Side Panel" section, and then choose the desired patient.

  • After making your selection, press the "More" button at the top of the screen, then choose the "Addresses" option.

Buttons

  • Edit: Allows to edit an address. 
  • Add: Allows to register an additional patient's address. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel any action performed in screen. 
  • Save: Allows to save changes in screen.  
  • Close: Allows to close screen. 


  • Description: Describe the address. (Example: Family, Friend, etc.)  
  • Line 1: Write the address.
  • Line 2: Write the address.
  • City:  Will be displayed when once zip code is entered.
  • State: Select the State.
  • Zip Code: Select the Zip Code.
