There are several options for configuring user groups. 

Option #1
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the General button and select the Groups option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Type the name of the group in the Selected Group Permissions box.


  • Select the permission options you want the newly created group to have access to.  

      

  • Click the Save button to save the changes.
  • Once the permission settings have been completed, you will need to restart the system to apply the changes.

Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the General button and select the Groups option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Type the name of the group in the Selected Group Permissions box.


  • Select the permission options you want the newly created group to have access to.  

      

  • Click the Save button to save the changes.
  • Once the permission settings have been completed, you will need to restart the system to apply the changes.
