There are several options for deleting user groups.  


Option #1 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the General button and select the Groups option.


  • he following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the user group you wish to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 

  • Press the Yes button to delete the group. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • It will be automatically removed from the User Groups column. 

  • If the created group is being used by a user, it cannot be deleted and the following message will be displayed at the top of the screen.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Press the General button and select the Groups option.


  • he following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the user group you wish to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 

  • Press the Yes button to delete the group. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • It will be automatically removed from the User Groups column. 

  • If the created group is being used by a user, it cannot be deleted and the following message will be displayed at the top of the screen.
