Several options are available to set office hours by provider. Note: This feature enables the configuration of working days for a selected provider, especially when multiple providers share the same office space.


Option #1

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button, which is located in the Side Panel section on the right side of the screen.


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the office that needs to be configured from the Office Work Hours section.


  • Choose the provider to set up the working hours for the chosen office in the 'Provider Working Hours' section.


  • After selecting the office and provider, click on 'Edit Hours' at the top of the screen to enable the configuration of days and hours.


  • Choose the working days for providers at the office.


  • Log the work hours for the chosen days.


  • To save the office configuration and the providers' working hours, click the 'Save' button located at the top of the screen.
  • To omit the selected changes, click on the Cancel button.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Choose the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Select the Office tab, then opt for Appointments.


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:

  • Choose the office that needs to be configured from the Office Work Hours section.


  • Choose the provider to set up the working hours for the chosen office in the 'Provider Working Hours' section.


  • After selecting the office and provider, click on 'Edit Hours' at the top of the screen to enable the configuration of days and hours.


  • Choose the working days for providers at the office.


  • Log the work hours for the chosen days.


  • To save the office configuration and the providers' working hours, click the 'Save' button located at the top of the screen.
  • To omit the selected changes, click on the Cancel button.


Option #3

  • Select the Settings button from the main menu.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:

  • Select the Office tab, then opt for Appointments.
