There are several options for configuring the types of appointments in an office or center.  

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option.


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Then select the Appt. Types option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to configure a new appointment type. 


  • Type in the Type field, a description, for the type of appointment.


  • Select a color to identify the type of appointment.


  • Select the office to which you are assigning the type of appointment you are creating.


  • If you want to select that type of appointment to display automatically when creating an appointment, select the Is Default checkbox.


  • If you want that type of appointment to be confirmed through an automatic text message, select the Appt. Confirmations checkbox. (The selected office must have the text messaging service active or you should contact our service staff for service orientation). 


  • Press the Save button to save the type of appointment created.


  • Press the Cancel button to cancel the configuration.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option.


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Then select the Appt. Types option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to configure a new appointment type. 


  • Type in the Type field, a description, for the type of appointment.


  • Select a color to identify the type of appointment.


  • Select the office to which you are assigning the type of appointment you are creating.


  • If you want to select that type of appointment to display automatically when creating an appointment, select the Is Default checkbox.

  • Select a color to identify the type of appointment.
