There are several options for eliminating appointment types in an office or center.   


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Appt. Type option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Select the type of appointment you wish to delete. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected appointment type. 

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • The appointment type will be automatically removed from the list. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Appt. Type option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the type of appointment you wish to delete. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected appointment type.

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • The appointment type will be automatically removed from the list. 


Option #3

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Press the Settings button, located on the right side of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Appt. Type option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the type of appointment you wish to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected appointment type.

  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 

  • The appointment type will be automatically removed from the list.
